My name is Debra Beer and live in the beautiful Upper Hunter Valley of
NSW Australia.
I am mother to 2 beautiful girls, who are both now mothers themselves . I
have 4 amazing grandchildren , 3 girls and 1 boy , ranging in age from 1
to 8. These kids star in many of my layouts.
I love photography and traveling, and especially scrapbooking.

Now its time to share some beautiful inspiration from our two winners from July's challenge.
TRACEY BEER
Hi everyone. I’m so excited to be here. I live in Melbourne and work full time as a Detective with Victoria Police. I’m a mother , scrapbooker and love to travel (staying safe at home now though) . I’ve been scrapping for about 16 years and my 20 year old son was my greatest source of inspiration until he became photo phobic about 6 years ago. He now has a delightful girlfriend so photos are have started to flow again! As a former fitter & turner familiar with technical drawings, when I first started scrapping I favored a very graphic style and struggled to even place my photo on an angle. My style has evolved and I’m a big fan of mixed media. It’s still rare though that I place my photo on an angle!
SHARLA RICHARDS
Hi, my name is Sharla, I live in
Southern Utah. I have been scrapping over 30 years and have enjoyed
watching this hobby evolve, change and grow over the years. I also love
reading, coloring, & cardmaking, but always come back to my first
love of memory keeping, playing with paper and preserving family
pictures. My husband and I have 5 children between us and are expecting
our 8th grandbaby in Jan (finally a girl after 7 boys!) I'm happy and
excited to be a guest DT for September and had a lot of fun with this
sketch. I love using sketches as a jumping off point for being creative
and seeing how my layout turns out even as I try to keep as close to
the sketch as possible, it sometimes takes on a life of its own. :)
We hope you all get a chance to play along with our new sketch this
month too and good luck you may be one of our next Guest Designers.
