Hello LGS fans!  Many of you may not know but I have recently started a new blog called Picture This!    Picture This! Challenge blog is a scrapbooking challenge blog that is dedicated to focusing on photos, technique and products.   We want to help you think outside the box and perhaps learn some new techniques and try new things along the way.

Each month we will post 2 new challenges that focuses on a certain number of photos, product, techniques or even placement.  The recipes are short and sweet.  We want you to "picture it" and then let creativity be your guide!

We are currently hosting a mini challenge sampler and giveaway.  I do hope you will take a moment to join us.  I promise you will love it just as much as you love Let's Get Sketchy!

WE'VE MOVED.............SORTA!

We have decided to break the magazine portion of LGS away from the sketch blog and dedicate a blog totally to the magazine only.  There you will find all previous issues of the magazine, submission guidelines as well as tons of useful information regarding Lets Get Inspired magazine.  We have also added a user gallery to showcase your LGS layouts.

This blog will remain our SKETCH only blog so please continue to upload those great layouts here.  But for magazine information, please pop on over and become a follower!  Tell your friends!

Still in need.............

Hello ladies, I just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU to all of you who have given thus far. We are almost there, my last check I think we were about 50 short of the 180.00 goal. I havent seen any new notifications come in so I am assuming we are still there. Once we hit the 180.00 I will go ahead and purchase the year if we dont hit it by this evening then I will just go ahead and purchase a 6 month subscription. Just a reminder the 180 will NOT give us mobile assess or Ipad access thats the next level at 480. I know we wont raise that so I will just shoot for the 180. Anyway, thanks again ladies. I am only going to continue to ask for donations through today. Our magazine is slated to come out next week so I want to go ahead and get everything in place this weekend if possible.

A Request from LGS Publisher

Good morning friends of Let's Get Sketchy.  Brenshevia here with a cry for help.  As you all know LGS produces a magazine every 3 months.  Right now the platform that we use does not provide us with a lot of bells and whistles as it is free.  I would love to upgrade our platform to a paid version. This would allow us as publishers more tools from which to work with, and depending on the level we reach, you as readers have a few more options as well.  

My goal is to raise $180.00, that will put us at the lowest level of the plans (Silver). But if we raise enough, I will try to bump us up to Gold. That would allow you as reader to view the  magazine on your mobile phones and Ipads.

If you would like to read more about the plans I am referring to, please click HERE.  If you look over to your right you will find a donation button that will take you to our PayPal donation page, please do not feel obligated to give but I hope that you will and NO amount is too small!

I would love to have our new plan in place by the time we publish our next issue (Feb 1) IF possible.  Once our goal has been met, I will remove the donate button. I cannot repay your generosity but as my way of saying thanks, I will offer all those who donate a chance to be a guest designer here at Lets Get Sketchy as well as a feature slot in our next issue!
