"My One Word" Blog Hop!

Welcome to the first half of the HOP!  Let’s Get Sketchy is teaming up with Picture This! to bring you a fabulous “My One Word” Blog Hop! It’s been a while since both teams have had a blog hop so we are super excited to bring you this one!   For those of you who may not know, PictureThis! is the “sister” site to Let’s Get Sketchy.  They have wonderful bi-weekly challenges so if you haven’t checked them out, now is the time to do so!

Because the list of participants are so long, we are dividing the hop up over the course of 2 days  (December 4th & 5th) so please make sure you check out the blogs each day of the hop!

As you hop along the way you will find wonderful projects by our Design Team members focusing on (you got it) ONE WORD.  You will also find clue words on each of the Design Team member’s blogs.  Once you have gathered all the words into a list and email them to me at letsgetsketchy@gmail.com to win an extra rak of scrap goodies! There is 1 to 2 words on each team member's blogs.  These words should be in bold.

In addition to the clue words we have a simple Hop Challenge for you.  Complete this challenge to win a $30.00 gift certificate from Creative Embellishments!  

You will find this challenge on day 2 of the hop so please make sure you come back here to LGS tomorrow to start the 2nd half of the hop.  You will not want to miss it!

Hello Fall Blog Hop!

Fall is such a beautiful time of the year, it’s when the leaves start changing colors and everything around us is beautiful.  It is also the season of Thanksgiving, which reminds us to take a moment to reflect on all the things we are most thankful for.

So in celebration of the fall we are hosting a “Hello Fall” Blog Hop. To be eligible to win any of our hop prizes you will need to visit each designer’s blog, leave some love on each of our design team’s blog’s and follow their blogs. To be eligible to win the Grand Prize of a $25.00 Gift Certificate to Creative Embellishments, you must complete the hop challenge posted and link up your entry below (no back linking, please).  The hop ends on September 28^th, however, you will have Until Oct 1^st to upload your challenge entry.

Also as an added treat,  FIVE of the Designer’s blogs (from each hop day) will be randomly chosen as the ‘it’ blogs and a winner will be picked using a random number generator from the comments left on those Designer’s Blog Hop Challenge post You MUST also be a follower of that person’s blog.  So that will be a total of 5 prizes a day for 3 days, that’s 15 prizes!!!!

You will not know which blogs have been chosen so the more you comment on their blogs the better your chances are of winning.  The Blog Hop Challenges will be open until 5 PM Central Time Wednesday, October 1^st, 2014, the winner being announced Oct 2.

Guess Whose Turning 2?!!!!
