Featured Artist and TOP 3 picks

rt5We had some beautiful layouts this week and appreciate each of you who participated in our second challenge unfortunately we can only have 3 favs so if you were not picked this week, don't worry there is always the next week:-).

This week's FEATURED ARTIST is Az!  I knew immediately when I saw this layout she would be my featured artist this week.  I like how she used photos to replace one of the strips of paper.  I just love this entire design.  Congrats Az!   Be sure to grab your Featured badge code from the sidebar!!
